Always have no regrets staying here. Love the staff, they even helped with a phone charger on my first visit. Perfect place, has Wi-Fi, a dryer, kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Perfect central location for us. Friendly professional contact. Comfortable facilities. Our host John was especially friendly and flexible with us, especially as our flight delayed 3 times and we arrived several hours later in the middle of the night. He was so great and attentive and brought us also the main food for breakfast as we arrived at night and the shops were closed already. Great location, short walk to Green Park, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace and the West End. Apartment is really nicely decorated.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
